The customer needed to quickly develop a notification system to source data from Quality Net Website to have current data pushed to the retail partners.
The Solution
Our team developed the APU High Availability Notification System to match the requirements of the customer. This solution creates customized notification with the current information in line with the program requirements that is pushed to the retail partners.
When applicable, notifications will be provided to the Senior Executives of retail providers for example when their revenue is at risk, and when the provider is not compliant with APU requirements for payment. It also will notify providers about when vendors have submitted data on their behalf.
